By accessing our Site or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or book our services.
1. Services & Booking
Linen & Brooms provides professional cleaning services across the greater Nashville, TN area.
Scheduling: Bookings made through our online platform or via phone are subject to availability and confirmation.
Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information regarding the size, condition, and specific requirements of your property during the booking process. We reserve the right to adjust pricing or decline service if the property condition differs significantly from the description provided.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We value our cleaners' time and orchestrate our schedules carefully to serve the Nashville community efficiently.
Notice Required: We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.
Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service time may be subject to a $50 late cancellation fee or up to 50% of the total service cost.
Lockout Policy: If our cleaning team arrives and cannot gain access to the property (lockout), we will attempt to contact you for 15 minutes. If we cannot gain access, the appointment will be treated as a late cancellation, and the cancellation fee will apply.
3. Payments & Billing
Rates: Service rates are provided during booking and are subject to change with advance notice.
Payment Authorization: By providing a credit card or other payment method, you authorize Linen & Brooms, LLC to charge all fees incurred, including any applicable taxes and cancellation fees.
Billing Timing: Payments are typically processed upon the successful completion of the scheduled cleaning service or the time agree upon at time of booking.
4. Customer Responsibilities & Home Access
To ensure the best possible clean, we ask that you provide our team with a safe and accessible working environment.
Access: You must provide entry instructions (e.g., door codes, keys, or being present to let the team in) prior to the service window.
Utilities: The property must have running water, electricity, and functional climate control (heating/air conditioning) at the time of service.
Safety: Please secure any fragile, highly valuable, or irreplaceable items, as well as any firearms or hazardous materials.
Pets: For the safety of your pets and our cleaning staff, please secure any aggressive or highly anxious animals before our arrival.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee & Damage Policy
24-Hour Clean Guarantee: We pride ourselves on high-quality work. If you are unsatisfied with any area we cleaned, notify us within 24 hours of completion, and we will return to re-clean the area at no additional charge. We do not issue cash refunds.
Accidents & Damage: Our teams treat your home with the utmost care. However, accidents can happen. Linen & Brooms is fully bonded and insured. If damage occurs as a direct result of our cleaning services, it must be reported to us within 24 hours of the service. We will investigate and, if liable, arrange for repair or replacement. We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing wear and tear, unstable installations (e.g., loose shelving, improperly hung pictures), or delicate items not disclosed prior to cleaning.
6. Prohibited Site Uses
You agree not to use this Site to:
Violate any local, state, national, or international law.
Scrape, copy, or monitor website content for competitive purposes.
Attempt to interfere with the proper working of the website or introduce malicious software/viruses.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes arising out of your relationship with Linen & Brooms, LLC shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal actions must be filed in the courts located in Davidson County, Nashville, TN.
8. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our Site or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
